Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products

Memberships, venue and studio bookings, production engagements, and event tickets are delivered electronically — by email confirmation and in your account. There is no physical shipment for these.

2. Physical member cards

Physical member cards are dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation, via Delhivery / Blue Dart, with an estimated delivery of 5–10 business days across India. Shipping charge: included in the membership fee.

3. Tracking

Where available, a tracking reference is emailed to you once your card is dispatched.

4. Delays

Courier delays are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact owl@indiowl.in and we will help track it.

5. Delivery area

We currently ship physical cards within India only, unless stated otherwise.
