1. Who we are

INDIOWL ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the IndiOwl website at indiowl.in. Our Corporate Identity Number (CIN) is U92490DL2022PTC408003 and our GSTIN is 07AAGCI9477A1ZF. Our registered office is at B-17/207, Pharma Apartments, I.P. Extn., Delhi, East Delhi, Delhi, India, 110092.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the site and to any purchase you make through it, including: venue and studio bookings (Platform13), production services (MadOwl), memberships (The Seat), physical member cards, and event tickets. By using the site or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts are created through the site’s login and it is your responsibility to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Bookings & services

Bookings are confirmed only on successful payment. Production and venue work may be subject to a separate scope or quote. Slots and dates are held subject to live availability at the time of payment.

5. Pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at 18% applies as shown at checkout. Member discounts, where applicable, are applied automatically according to your logged-in membership tier and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. A payment is complete only when Razorpay confirms capture; until then a booking or order is not confirmed.

7. Memberships

The Seat membership tiers renew on their stated billing cycle. Benefits are as described on the membership page. For cancellation and refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with or disrupt the service, and not to misuse member benefits or attempt to obtain benefits you have not paid for.

9. Intellectual property

The IndiOwl name, mascot, logos, marks, and all site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third parties to run the service: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the service may also be subject to their respective terms.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
